Am I allowed to have Pets?

We have a no pet policy for all of our apartment buildings.  At Walnut Ridge Townhomes, we allow 1 (one) pet weighing no more than 40 pounds.  There is a $250 pet security deposit and a $50 per month pet fee.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

All of our apartments are unfurnished.

Do you allow subletting?

No, we do not allow subletting.

Is a security deposit required and if so, how much does it cost?

Yes, we require a secuirty deposit.  It is equal to one month's rent.

How long is the lease period?

Generally, our leases are for twelve (12) months.

When is the rent due?

The rent is due the first of every month.  After the 5th (fifth) day of the month, a late fee is assessed.

How are maintenance requests handled?

To submit a maintenance request, call the main office at 412-441-0820.  This phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How can I pay my rent?

You can pay by cash, check, money order or automatic debit. If you are splitting your rent with roommates, please only submit one payment from the primary lease holder and collect the rent from your roommates.

How much is the rental application?

The application is $40.00 per person with a maximum of 3 persons per an appartment.  Applications must be submited all at once and paid in full with one payment.
